The man who took PotashCorp (PCS) public in the late 80s and helped grow the company into the largest fertilizer producer in the world has sold millions of dollars worth of company stock.
Wayne Brownlee sold 585,000 shares of PotashCorp stock in a March 30 tansaction worth $24,078,951, the company reported.
